There are no returns for the products once you place the order, we don’t accept any returns. Therefore no refund or exchange will be provided for the products purchased from us.
Customers are responsible for the orders/ products placed, and the customer should be careful and confident about the product which they are placing.
Please contact our customer care support team for any kind of product information, please make sure and confirm the product which you order.
Note: Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will be mentioned with the same on the product page.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned after 3 days after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order before the product in shipped to the provided address; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Custom Made Orders
- Any custom-made product will not be refunded
- Advance payment for custom made orders will not be refunded
- Any custom order(s) waiting for collection more than 90 days from the date of the order will be returned to the supplier, any advance payment will not be refunded in this case.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@medicaltradehub.com.
and we will arrange the pick-up of the item to be returned.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email on info@medicaltradehub.com.
And we will arrange the pickup of the product from the address where it was originally delivered (Applicable only for Dubai customers )
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs (AED 50+vat for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (medicaltradehub.com, Tel: +55 250749, E-Mail: info@medicaltradehub.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, but this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement.
This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
