TheraBand Resistance Band Loops are an effective and efficient way to strengthen the gluteus medius, a muscle often neglected by runners and/or athletes. This product is the optimal choice of Physical Therapists and other medical professionals in the sports medicine community.

TheraBand Resistance Band Loops contain the same pull forces and progression as Thera-Band latex resistance bands.  Ideal for lower extremity, shoulder, neck, core, and back applications.

Resistance levels for the Band Loops are yellow (thin), red (medium), green (heavy) and blue (x-heavy).

Looped bands have the same resistance level per color as a single length of Thera-Band exercise band tied in a loop. Exercise manual supplied along with extensive online database to create customized exercise programs.Continuous loop elastic bands in the recognized Thera-Band color progression.

Band Loops are individually poly-bagged. Each loop includes safety instructions. The continuous loop provides a comfortable alternative to tying flat Resistance Bands into loops. Thera-Band Resistance Band Loops offer continuous loop elastic bands in differing progressive resistance levels. The resistance loops can be used for a variety of applications; they’re particularly effective for lower body exercises that increase strength and balance.
